Bookable Tourism works with up to 4 small tour operators per year helping them enter the world of distribution. 2025 currently has 2 spaces available.
Small Tour Operator – Distribution Package ($3,000 per year)
1. Distribution Strategy & Readiness Review
- Assess existing distribution channels and opportunities for expansion.
- Provide a tailored distribution strategy focusing on OTAs and trade partnerships.
- Review pricing and commission structures to ensure they align with trade expectations.
2. OTA & Reseller Connectivity Setup
- Set up on 1-3 major OTAs (e.g., Viator, GetYourGuide, Klook).
- Optimise OTA listings for better visibility and conversion (e.g., images, descriptions, pricing).
- Guidance on managing inventory and availability effectively.
- Add on option of Starter Package for Rezdy Marketplace set up (starting from $600)
3. Trade Contracting & Partner Outreach
- Create a standardised trade contract for resellers, inbound tour operators (ITOs), and wholesalers.
- Identify potential trade partners and contract out their product to key distributors.
- Provide guidance on commission structures, payment terms, and trade relationship management.
- Assistance and advice with trade shows (e.g. Australian Tourism Exchange).
- Optional inclusion - Hosted Trade Website.
4. Support & Training
- Quarterly follow-up consultation to ensure OTA connections and trade contracts are working effectively.
- Provide rate templates and negotiation tips for ongoing trade partnerships.
